Saw my sx today,,,exactly 1 mos from my sx date....he was really pleased #29 towards goal...bmi dropped 6 pts....blood pressure is perfect...all is well....started back to curves this morning since I had some credit coming....I am very pleased and feel GREAT.....thanks for all your support and help ful answers to all my worries and fears!! you all are wonderful! Pam Rock!
